With the bini supercharger conversion do you have to use a hif44? as i already have a hif38 which is in really good nic.

Everywhere I've read recommends the Hif44, because it changes some parts? But I guess it depends how extreme you plan on taking it, if you're charging a standard 998 the 38 will probably be up to it, a 1275 will definitely need the 44.

I'm using a HIF 38 on my standard 998, but on my new engine, will need a HIF 44, if yout putting it on a 1275, or a 998 with a 1275 head then use the HIF 44, but if your just using it on a 998 use a HIF 38.

cheers for the replies ive just bought '44 of shiftyseamus are you using megjolt on yours Parklane? is it also recommended to use a electric fuel pump aswell?

I'm not using a mega jolt on this engine, yes I might be getting one of them too.
