You should fit the sub with wing nuts. That way you can pop the sub out of the box and keep all your tools inside it.

But seriously, you may need to add some thread lock to nuts and bolts in your boot as they will come undone with some big bass.

Just a thought, but maybe it might be more practical to put the sub to one side of the boot, and then have a bigger cupboard/shelf making it more practical.
but to all the others, this sub enclosure really isn't as big as you think.

Did you do this?
I got that CBR10 in my civic an its awesome!!easily better than the 12" in my mini!
Vibe do a fast plug as well which means you can take the sub out in seconds so if you need boot space then leave the sub at home!
Be good to see if you done it
