NGK, champion, whatever
its upto you. Just make sure they are the right fitment and correct plug for your engine.
But alot of people like the NGK BP6RES (i think thats correct) plugs. (used with elec ign)

i use BPR6EIX, their the Iridium version and last alot longer, although the price reflects this. the plug requires less power to work and increases efficiency and it is possible to reduce the plug gap if needs be.

lol im a patrial to bosch super 4's they have 4 earth electrodes and u get a much better spark and last about 12k miles so alot better than cheaper ngks
they cost about £12 trade at any parts stockists and are WR 78 i have a set on my 1275 and meant the car revs alot more than it did with the ngks and runs alot smoother i love em
although im biast ive always loved super 4's they looke awesome plus they burn the mixture more efficently, give faster acceleration and more MPG lol so im a happy bunny
plus the same 4 electrode designs used on the BINI hahaha
