Hi, im planning on getting the shine back on a couple of panels and was wondering what the best polishing compound people recommend to use after wet and dry paper. I've read people suggesting G3, without sounding silly is this a brand or type of polishing compound. Also, I used brasso metal polish last year for a little area and it worked well.

G3 is good stuff mate, its a type of polish made by Farecla, should be available from most car paint outlets.

As above, use G3 then a finishing compound to take out the G3 swirl marks

I use 3M's range, it is absolutely supurb. G3 is good too but depends on what type of paint you are working with.
