What does the auxillary power realy supply? I am having a clicking from behind the fascia, at first I could not identify it as it was very intermittent.
Not it is happening more often, sounds very much like the flasher relay. I don't have any power problems that I am aware of. The radio works fine and all the lights.

There are two other relays behind the fascia.

The only two items I can find controlled by this relay are the heater blower and the radio.

The other relay is the horn relay. The other two are the wiper controller and the turn signal flasher control, so not really relays.

hmm....im not having much luck through the wiring schematics. Are you positive it is coming from these and not from the engine bay? The purge valve could be making noise as it is kinda like a relay. you could always pull the relay out and find out what stops working.

The relay module sits behind those in the picture, on the other side of the bulkhead. The 4 relays within it can be heard from inside the car sometimes.

Just thought I'd mention it.

My investigative skills are worthless.

I took the fascia partially off, but did not want to drive around like that, so I had my son hold it open enough to where he could get his hand in while we drove. I thought if it was a relay he could feel it "click" if we could not tell from the sound. No clicking at all for about 10 minutes of driving. I did reseat all the relay and controllers. Put it all back together drove for another bit, all with no clicking. Figured reseating took care of it(not likely).

This morning on the way into work, it started clicking again. I just cannot tell if it is mechanical or electrical. I don't want to stick one hand in the air vent hole while driving to try to feel where it is coming from.
