They're 175 millimetres wide, which is about 7 inches

175mm wide, 50% aspect ratio, (so wall height is 0.5 x 175mm = 87.5mm), Diameter = 13 inches.

The tread is 175mm wide the tyre could vary in width, due to the design of the tyre the old P7F Pirelli tyres always looked as if they where about 8" wide.........
If you have a specific tyre in question try putting the detail on here and asking for someone to measure their tyres..... assuming of course you wish to actually know the "real" width and not just the tread width......
