The RC40 exhaust is a popular one, I bought one for my 1994 Mayfair! Has a very nice sporty but subtle sound to it! Got mine from Minispares.com!

All the best,
Courtney

I'm not sure in all honesty, as I got mine fitted at a garage. But if you ring Minispares they're usually very helpful and they'll tell you all you need to know. I think they sell a fitting kit with all the brackets e.t.c. required.

Cheers
Courtney

If it has a later exhaust system (with a cat) then you can buy just the back box with a cat link pipe/de-cat pipe if you want the cat removed. If its the one peice system, straight to the exhaust manifold then theres 2 ways you can go, either go the whole hog and buy a stage 1 kit which will include inlet & exhaust manifolds, upgrade air filter and carb needle and your new exhaust system, this is the best way to go IMO. All just get a magic pipe to bolt onto the original manifold (thats if it still has the original all in one cast manifold), but this wont do the exhaust justice in giving you better performance.

From the manifold back though its a straight foward fit.

Paul.

haha! my minis have never been straightforward to fit anything! but yes from manifold back is much simpler than whole system.
