stage 2/3 osselli head, 1.5 roller rockers, hif44

hey all. ive got a slight problem with my minis idle. it idles really roughly all the time but is slowly getting worse and worse. its not missfireing and the timing was set up on a rolling road when i put the carb head and rockers one.
ive herd minis idling with uprated cams in and thats what it sounds like.

is it possible for my standard cam to were out and make it idle a bit funny? my cars done just over 70.000 miles

I'd think ignition or fueling inaccuracies are more likely to blame.
