theres a good rolling road in cambridge at wilshires garage, speak to a man called peter baldwin he's brilliant with minis, not sure if they do m.o.t's aswell

I've had Baldwin and NMS do my cars, and both did a great job. NWS was a bit more pricey, but they do have some very nice sports cars about to check out while waiting! Oh and they have a mini they are restoring too

Gdgd I am planning to go NMS soon, pitty they messed up my order for carb needles so I could rebuild my carb! grrr =(
