Minis pretty much ready for paint now,




Having 2nd thoughts about the kandy apple red now

I think i might stick to my original plan of ice white,

Will be cheaper than kandy red and also if i have to replace a panel etc it will be easier to match the paint again.

The plans after spraying are:

Re-fit everything.

13x8 alleycats.
Grp 6 arches
Neg camber front and back
Tubbed rear arches
Internal gear shift
Shove the exhaust right up into the tunnel
and slam it on its backside

then i can make a start on the engine mods.

not got much done today, got some flashband down for sound deadening.

Used a 10m roll on the bonnet and half the floor





and has anyone seen 2 12" subs fit in the boot of a mini before boxed?

not much done just re-wired the headunit form the fusebox and wired in the amp + subs today. Just doing all bits like this on the interior because I wont be painting it inside, all the metal will be covered.



The subs seem good, wont be able to see how good till i get the bootlid, doors and windows in though obviously.

Need it drive able for IMM not long to get it done considering i have £60 a week, thats including buying food etc aswel so more like 40

dash bolted in today, going to leave it the colour it is till i get back from IMM then whip it out and either flock it or spray it the same white as the car.

Just got the clock surround to sort now, oh and the toggles which im not sure about really.
