Valve timing is when the valves open in degrees, valve lift how lift the cam has, clearances is the the gaps to set the valve clearances to & the Inlet Valve Fully Open is what to set the cam timing at, ie. 110 degrees After Top Dead Centre.

It sounds like the old 997 cooper cam, sort of tame MG metro cam. iirc the MG uses the same inlet timing with slightly longer exhaust timing, if thats what you've got give it a go. It'll make a nice road engine, I think this is basically what the original SW5 was.

Vizard lists the 997 Cooper cam with the valve timing shown in your table. His comments about this cam are positive, but he recommends timing it at 105-107 if a specific exhaust system is to be run and the cam is to be run in a 1275. If you are interested in reading Vizard's remarks for this cam, they can be found at the bottom of page 288 of his third edition of the book "Tuning the A-series Engine". The "948" in your table is most likely a reference to one of the part numbers for this cam rather than to the 948cc Frogeye engine.
