whats the best enigne to put in the front of a mini cooper?
...
is it possible to put a 1.6 honda civic enigne in the front of a mini cooper?

There are a host of 1.6 honda motors... but yes, besides the AWD engine/trannys you can cram all sorts of motors in the front.

"Best" depends on your needs.
