Hello there i own a mini Z car and have been insured this year for the last 2 months with sureterm direct but today i found out they have canceled my policy as they no longer accept Zcars as they are too high risk.

I was wondering if anyone else who is insured with them have had they policy's canceled

I'm with Sureterm. Haven't heard anything yet!

its actually highway that have stop the policy's so if highway is the insurer via sureterm i would give them a call and ask them if you still have cover

because they said they had sent me a letter recorded delivery but i haven't received it, it was lucky i was only phoning to check they have my photos for the agreed value and they told me the policy was no longer valid!!!

you made me panic! i rang sureterm and they said that it would have been assessed on individual risk basis. i am still covered on my kit car policy for the zcars mini i have. is there something odd about your policy? are you really young or speeding fines etc? im 27 with no points (yet!).

I rang Sureterm today as mine is a Highway policy. I too was told that it was based on an individual risk basis but as I am an old git (45) that the policy still stands.

i also rang sureterm, no problems for me they said policy fine must be due to your age or something

Either that or they gave you a policy that was too cheap and they wanted if off their books.
