Ok im thinking of getting a fibreglass bonnet.
How much would it be to get it sprayed?
I could probably do the prep and prime it.

My car is Honda Vivid Blue Pearl

Thanks
Ben

Spray it yourself? If you've got a garage you can get a perfect finish yourself, as long as you get a good colour match

I'd defo have a go yourself, if it doesn't work it it won't cost you any more to have apro redo it - well apart from some time with 600 grit and a block.

Havn't got the proper equipment too do a decent finish. Was actualy wondering how much it would be so I can compare to the price of a compressor/gun.

Borrow or hire?

Also a good beer money job for a sprayer in a big dealership.

Professionally it depends on where you go. I work in a dealership and get quotes all the time, got my roof on my mini done for £60, but for the best would be prepared to spend a bit more. Beauty of a mini is they are quite easy to blend, due to the nice big panel gaps, so definitely wouldn't pay anymore than £100 for a perfect job . Hope this helps.

Ideally you'd need to blow onto the wings to make it look right.

Depends how fussy you are though.
