Getting something smooth like that might be easier if you smoothed off the roof gutter and seams. It would give you a much wider choice of spoiler. Though you'd lose the different colour roof, which I think looks not to bad on the picture you posted. And I've never been a fan of mini spoilers at all.

I cant take it to a fabricators to gt it smoothed as thers no engne in the car yet, doing a bare shell respray and was wanting the spoiler on before it was sprayed.
This would mean it would be a home job, or done by my local mini guy! so was wanting something quite simple.
Also wanting body and roof a different colour.
