Just Taken the head of my MG Metro performance engine (race cam, vernier timing, ultralight race clutch, all balanced) and it carries the marks MED 1210 & 20.8 does anybody recognise the marking please - regards BIG/H

1210 is the job number, if you ring MED they should be able to tell you all about it. 20.8 will be the chamber size in cc's.

hey nightrain - thanks for that - I was rather subious ringing MED as I am unsure how helpful the would want to be - I am sure they get so many calls of this type !!!! big/h1210 is the job number, if you ring MED they should be able to tell you all about it. 20.8 will be the chamber size in cc's.

They are pretty good to email you back if you email the details through.
My head info was back within a couple of days.
If you ring they will have to go and look it up and you will probably have to ring them back later.
