We have a 1995 1.3i cooper [spi], the small 'o' ring on the injector unit has perished and is letting petrol past, we are unable to locate a supplier for this 'o' ring, they all want to supply a complete injector unit for upwards of £400! Can anyone let me know where we can obtain just the 'o' ring, or the dimensions of the 'o' ring. thanks in desparation.

I have tried to up load a photo of the injector, its the smaller 'o' nearest to the engine. The injector is a Bosch No. 0 280 160 882

I have a load of used ones that came off the injectors on the 16 valver when I had them cleaned, PM me your address and I'll get some out to you. They are still perfectly useable.

Or, speak to any place that does ultrasonic injector cleaning. And, I do believe Minispares sell those smaller ones, as they are the same as the ones on the MPi.

The larger O ring is a little more difficault to come by, but again those that do ultrasonic injector cleaning, may be able to help.

Thanks for the advice Sprocket, I will try and find something locally next week, as I now know some alternatives, but if I am still stuck I'll take you up on your offer if I may, this has been going on for months. Thanks.
