This may be a stupid question, but ive just got a cone filter for my 998 and i cant see how it will fit.

Does it just swap with the old one ? or is there a bracket i need to get ?

thanks

yeh remove the elbow and then , take the bolt off the middle of the k&n filter, then using the rubber gasket attach to the car and then rettach the 2 screws, then refit the filter and look at the improvement ;)

yeh idealy u need a new needle, spring and then reset the fueling ;)

and make sure u dont turn the carb upside down if u take it out as this will possibly result in grit getting into the float needle and stoping it so the carbs over fuels and then makes a puddle of petrol

hahaha yeh i learn the hard way with kevs mayfair DOOH
