right i snapped my crank shaft in half

engien has been rebuilt abd put togetehr again. but now it wont start.
its unbeliveable tight starter motor struggles to get it to spin.
the guy who did it all for me says he oiled it all up and gressed every thing.
my batteyr is dead so im pick a new oen up tomorrow.

but what coudl it be as when it try and jump start teh car it spins and really trys to start but then it doesnt.

now the guy says the timming is spot on but im not so sure andi ahve no way of knowing how to check, ive looked ion my haynes manual but its confusing me.

is theer any chance some oen coudl coem and help me gettign it started.

as teh mechanic has given up on it i think as he dropepd at my house as it was easier to work on yet i havnt seen him again.
i havnt paid him yet either.

right probllem sorted now. ive killed my engine again basicly.

ive found a mini friendly garage but there really busy its in 3 milestone

the guy is great have had patrt for my engine of him and they all worked.
but he said teh reason my engine wont starta nd that there is sticky spots is because each crank is made for eace engine so i would of had ot have mine grinded down and with teh mechanic not nowing he just pit it in not remmebering minis have a mind of his own so. this engine is pritty much buggered. as the crank shaft will be heavily work like my old oen is.

so they guy after telling me thsi said he would build me a 998 and fit all the bits he was gonna sell to me at a later date on

so im getting a stage 3 or 4 head put on new gear box new carbs and what not, and he said it will take a whiel for him to put it all together but he says he can do teh engine swap and plug it all in, in abotu a weekend.

so in other words i cant go bristol mini show

but i now have a shopping list the size of my arm of stuff i need

oh mike if your reading this can i have those 10"wheels of you as im changing discks on the front.

oh my plans for the mini now new engine
new disck small enougth for 10"

and im putting coil over susspension ona ll round and im changing the rear subframe for a sub bar

an i think im gonna end up putting anotehr fuel tank in or putting a square tank in the boot to lower teh center of graverty and im gonna move the battery from teh boot to the inside and put it under teh back seats stop it getting wet in the boot and means no more batteyr box so another rust spot gone.

im gonna take pics of her progress along the wya so you can see how much i mess it up again lol, ill keep you posted
