ok so my mates got a mk2 fiesta firefly and he's decided he wants to grasstrack it so he's striping the whole car. ive said ill have the sun roof off it and its only £20 with everything i was just wundering how hard they are to fit?
and are there a guide for this?

i wouldnt. you'll c.ock your roof up and then you'll have a wobbly mini. I CERTAINLY wouldnt put a sunroof from another car on it.

plenty of people have fitted sunroofs from other cars into minis - infact there was a thread about this yesterday if i remember correctly - I've seen tigra sunroofs fitted - Micra etc -
It's not hard to fit - be careful cutting and measure a million times before taking the plunge. Minis with sunroofs as standard have no additional strengthening in the shell and aren't wobbly - it's just dropped in the hole that's cut out and screwed in.
