This is my newest project, bought on egay for a miniscule £50
ive always wanted a van, but price in relation to condition for a van was just silly so decided converting an estate was the next best thing
il let the pictures start with what i imagine will be a long struggle of a project...
can i just add, massive thankyou to jordie for collecting it with me

Looks good mate, what you doing about paneling the rear out? Just a flat sheet? or have you found somewhere that makes window panels up?

correct that there is a guy here in holland who creates them..
saw a pair of them once..
also small warning that it's quite hard to get them in nice.. cause the material bents quite easy when welded..
friend of my adviced to get it done by a professional for an optimal result
KEep it up

yehh i can imagine it will warp quite easy, im a long way off that stage tho
from when we picked it up and had a quick looksie, it needs
front end
1 a panel
1 scuttle corner
inner flitch repairs
bulkhead repairs (small)
front floor pans are a maybe
rear quarter lower repair bits where the arches are both sides
rear valance
the heelboard area and boot floor thingy were spot on from what i remember as were sills... but still need to take a screwdriver to it to see what we can find!
the plan is to have it labeled up for P.M Plastering which is my dads business and also ties into the whole van theme... id like to do a retro grey colour with 10inch wheels. black low back classic buckets with centre clock dash.

its either that
or when he gives up on it, it will become a clubby estate trailer to pull behind my clubman estate
Just kidding,im sure it will get finished

PS looking at the angle of the trailer in those pics, no wonder it was hard to get off. Should have pulled forward and reversed up straight but thats hindsight now.

I'd be tempted to do a clubbie van.
Bet there aren't many of them around!
