That's the same covering as the kitchen worktop in our old house! :P
Where are you going to place your stereo?

im gonna put it just to the left of the speedo and ill prob buy one in the end but ii had some wood and some free time
so i made one for now, i only painted it white then went to the in laws and she covering her kitchen shelfs so i thought it would look better than the white so got her to cover it while she was doing hers lol.

I'll be perfectly honest, the first time I heard of someone using laminate kitchen worktop type stuff I dismissed it as "tacky" but that actually looks pretty funky.

Maybe just to finish it off and to smoothen out the edges, why not put some chrome strips between the dash rails and the dashboard? just my tuppence - nice work all the same!

Is this from an early edition of blue peter? My auntie had a cocktail bar with the same pattern. :P Looked good before marbelling to be honest.

its only sticky back stuff it peels off easy thats y i put up the 3 pics to see what people thought was better

i didnt like the white but i only had white and blue paint in the shed so i used that instead of leaving it MDF

im not over keen on the whole thing although it might look a little better when its got more stuff in it ie: stereo and rev counter airvents etc
