Hello and welcome to TheMiniForum
Having pass plus is a bonus but you will find as you are a new driver that insurance will be expensive for a fast mini.
What size engine is your fiat and what size engine are you aiming for in a mini?
Enjoy the site

Welcome benfredjosh (have you got all those names?). I'm an old git so my insurance will be different from yours, but I looked up car insurance on this site clicky and it recommended Lancaster (see Ian above). So I sent off for a quote to see how it compares with my Adrian Flux premium. Shopping around CAN save you cash but as Ian says the cheapest may hide some nasty get-outs in the small print.

If your 19 anytime soon try MiniWorld insurance, and say your a member on hear (you get a 15% discount).
I paid £1800 on my 1425 race spec mini, first year of driving, 19, no NCB. I also had a bog standard 998 Clubby auto, which I paid about £400, again first year driving, 19, no NCB. Both policies are fully comp. Just had a renewal quote on the Clubby of £275, 1 yr NCB, 20. About to get a quote to get insured on the 1425 again. All this with MiniWorld.
