Did Two Persons Have The Job Or Was There Some Special Machine
How Do We Find Out
And Why As'nt Anyone Got This Kind Of Facilities To Just Drive In And Have There Systems Bled In Minutes

And ones to suck fluid through, using a vacuum.
We have a tool at work, which bleeds brakes by creating a vacuum. Plug the air line in to it. But by the time, youve got it out of the tool cupboard, we can have the brakes bled using a mechanic and a labourer.

Which Is What Im saying Was There 2 Persons Assigned To The Job At Leyland and Who Tested Them
I Realise There Are Machines About But How Succsesful Are They And Did They Work First Time
Even As You Say You And A Mechanic Bleed Them Do You Get It Right First Time And How Long On Average Does It Take You
Would The Factory Allow This Much Time To Bleed Dont Forget A Dry System
I Am Only Saying As A Point Of Interest

I believe production line practice is to inject the fluid via the bleed nipples.
Its not, I work in a car factory, have done since 98 and its always been a vac fill via the brake resovoir as long as i can remember. I was with Rover Group back then as well.
