you'll have to come up north, out of that smog on the 16th Aug for The Geordie Job mini show at Washington, Tyne and wear. Enjoy a good day out with minis up in the best part of the north east

I wish i could make it bud, but i'm on holiday on the 15th - 30th. Don't worry though i'm taking some canisters of smog air to get my fix .

Just a quick one for you's, how can i identify my distributor? It's a metro engine but the ancillaries could be took off the old City E one. It has a vacuum advance pipe off the top of the distributor and points.

Is there a torque setting for the sump plug? Couldn't find it on the torque settings thread formatted by 998dave.

Cheers mate, going to be dooing an oil change this week hence the reason for the torque setting.

Well this is the order that i got off minispares:



It contained:

- Torquemaster inlet manifold
- LCB and RC40 exhaust
- Engine steady bushes
- Radiator top hose
- Oil filter and copper sump plug washer

Got it fitted and it sounds a lot quiter than the old exhaust. Looks a lot nicer too.

However, i haven't got any pictures yet because this is what i found:



I'm totally stumped as to what to do aswell .
