Changed my brake MC from one with 2x 10mm outlets to one with 1x10mm & 1x 12mm struggling to find anyone who sells the a banjo bolt. Did find one that was M12x1.5 but the thread is too coarse I 'think' I need M12x1 anyone any ideas where to get one from at a sensible price. The only place I have found is Merlin motorsport but at £8.50 plus delivery is taking the proverbial. The M12x1.5 with 2x washers was £1.

m12x1 is a very fine thread so is going to be expensive because they're not a mass produced size.

are you sure it's m12x1? try a normal m12x1.5 bolt in the hole first then order a banjo.

Nope not sure it's M12x1 but definitely not M12x1.5 as I bought on of those & the thread is far too coarse. It's a standard Yellow tag MC if anyone can enlighten what thread it is.

Thanks for the help guys, just looked at Demon Thieves (I will still continue to call them that) it states "Delivery usually within 28 working days" are they serious? I have ordered a couple of normal fittings for copper pipe M12x1 if I use one of them then a M10 at the other end of a short piece, I can then use a M10 to M10 to connect my banjo, have to see if it works as it's a bit critical in my opinion.

That's a new one on me - not seen an m12 fitting before on a Mini - just m10 x1 , or of course the older 3/8" UNF.
