WOW, what a difference, that looks Mint!

Those arches realy make the car look soo much better. I reackon that can go lower mind ;)

Not sure, when is it. I need to save my husband pionts for castle combe, as i think the lads (prawn and the frenchman) are staying here the night before, and we are going out, coming?

Yeah, you said about that in cardiff I think, yeah I think I'll be joining you.
MITP is on 16th, im going on the 15th and camping I think.

Cant go any lower, I have already broken the exhaust bracket.

Cant go any lower, I have already broken the exhaust bracket.




Rubbish, your not trying hard enough!!!


I've broken 3 on mine, it's best not too use the U clamp type ones.

I find this type are stronger and don't catch on things as easily. Although im not sure where to buy them, I had mine come with my LCB and foind some in the shed.

Either way car looks great. Those arches make it look lower anyway.

Have a look at the back of the car, the exhaust hangs down on one side, there are 2 brackets welded to the exhaust that bolt on to the subframe, broken the one on the right

My stage 4 head arrived today, so i have been in the garage, wanted to have a go at stripping and cleaning a head, so i did the old one from the 1275.
>_<, well its all clean now, was caked in oil as there was no gasket on the rocker cover, one of the inlet valves was totally stuck closed, no wonder it ran like a bag of pooh.
Anyway, i now know how to strip a head down thanks to last months miniworld :D

One thing i'd canghe is the 998 chrome numbers..dont get offended, but looks a bit chavvy..
