Not been able to drive BRG for a while as I went out the other morning and there was a puddle of brake/clutch fluid all over the drive and the clutch pedal was flapping about in the breeze.

Decided to steal the slave cylinder from the 1275, so at least I can drive the car.

Dead easy to take off when the engine is out of the car.
Not so easy when its still in, I need the arms of a small child to be able to get in to the engine bay.

Anyway, swapped over so I can at least drive it now.

The blue shell is still up for grabs. Might put it on ebay this weekend.

Pulled all the carpet and sound proofing out today, not too many nasty suprises. Which it nice.
Put some sond deadening stuff down, not dynamat, but the vibe stuff. Only put it in the drivers and passenger footwell and under therear seats, as thats where the speakers will be going.
may get some more and do the inside of the flitch panel too as i am planning on maybe putting some speakers there too.

Drivers side window has come off the runner, so I will need to sort that now too.

Yes, minimonty did them for me, I have had lots of comments about them.

new dash to go with the new dials and interior,



its now starting to get near the interior I want, Bently in a Mini, I need to paint the steering cowling, and change the wheel for wood, make up a speaker board for under the rear seats, and speaker pods for the front, both will be covered in green leather to match the seats.



Maybe leccy windows next.
