My seat mounts were done at Z's and are welded to the shell, something I am sure you wont want to do at this stage.

To be honest im going to repaint my floor anyway mate its been scratched up. Those side mounting ones look like they would do the job but can't see how they attach to the seat itself? Cheers for coming back to me by the way.
Anyone else want to recommend any good seats for mini's. This I think is a crucial part of any performance car and my corbeau ones just wont cut it, not after coming this far with everything.

Hi, my subframes were also done by Zcars to match the kirkey seats, have a word with Chris or Richard they can probably sought you out with some.
Here are some photos of them welded in situ with seats fitted.
If you need any measurements just shout.

Hi Mark,
You need to make sure the back of the seat is secured really as they can flex quite a bit.. Depending on the seat type, welding the seats subframe base is the only safe way for the high spec ones, mounting also depends on what type kirkey seat you go for as the angles differ between models, the slightly more budget seats are squarer and are easier to bolt in, the higher spec ones are all funny angles and can cause issues.. (mine took about 10 hours work to get sorted..)
I'd look at the cheaper kirkey seats as normal alloy seat mounts can be used as the sides of the seat base are square..
check this out, would be easy to fit....

Have you driven that thing yet???

Brandon
Andy is quite right they do flex, but what i found with mine is that the rear seat belt brace directly behind the seats is inline with the double webbing on the rear of the seats and i found it quite easy to fabricate some fixings which firmed them up nicely.
