Does anyone know if halfords sell panel wipe?

I would go and look my self but i have no transport and its about a 30 minute cycle to get there, just thought i'd ask here 1st

I've seen tack rags at halfords but not Panel wipe.

And it'd be cheaper from a proper paint shop anyway.

Yes they do but they sell it in small cans that works out to be very expensive.

I'd say try any other motor factor first, RM do it in I think 2 litre cans or similar size but my usual supplier was out of stock so I had to buy a 5 lite can.

Have a look on ebay for isopropyl alchohol. same stunff isn't it :P

put some water in a bottle and then start rubbing your car down with it and a rag and see how far you get. if you manage all the way round it you need how much you used plus a bit and if you didnt make it round you need more than the bottle holds.

Failing that buy a litre and if you run out buy more or if you have more left then you have some to wipe your paint down after you have polished it ready for waxing

If it was me though for how much it costs i'd buy 5 litres and be done with it.

will a litre nearly do it? only the exterior?

I thought it would take more than that, not sure why.
