Hi,

Forgive my ignorance, I know little about in car audio. My car has a Panasonic CD changer currently fitted under the rear seats and the correct cabling to where the head unit will go. The cable is the same as this. Is the 8 pin connector some sort of standard that is likely to work with a number of head units or am I restricted only to a Panasonic head unit?
