Hello, My mini was broken into last night...boo!
It looks like they/he/she were in the process of stealing 'Bob' by first attempting to get through the sunroof and when that didn't work throwing a brick through the driver side window...after this they tried to push him away but must have been disturbed as I found him halfway down the road at right angle to the pavement.. Unfortunately, a few weeks ago I had mucked up the alarm system by stuffing a bag into the boot (it was too large!) which disabled the alarm and locking system - was getting around to posting a question but i didn't!! Bob lives right outside my house and when the alarm was 'working' it was extremely sensitive and would activate when any big vehicles passed so when it 'broke' i was relieved!
So after all that, I have a couple of questions...

1 My alarm system is a Selca which has central locking and i think it has an immobiliser. I think i must have disconnected or broke a wire when trying to push the bag in..any ideas how i can fix it? I'm not even sure what wires go to what and as far as i can see there are no severed wires..

2 I'm thinking of getting a steering wheel lock - can anyone advice me of a good one, price etc?

3 This question might belong on another forum - where can I find a replacement sunroof?

I'm very untechnical and would rather send to a professional but I'm also very poor so any help would be appreciated:)
