My wipers have been progressively getting worse, performance wise. Now they move any inch and stick, they do ok in the rain but if the screen is remotely dry, stick :)

The park switch is new, and today I removed the wiper motor and wheelboxes for a clean and light re-grease but no joy.

Any more suggestions? by the way did do a search thats why the re-grease and park switch ;)

Thanks

Simon

sounds like it could be your motor! if you have taken it all apart and greased everything up i think its the only thing left if you have checked the earth and all the wiring.

Any test I can do? Multimeter type. Would it worth taking a bit of emery to the contacts in the motor? and as an aside how do mini wipers usually perform on dry glass, mine prior to this would usually go one sweep ok but needed washers on to come down.

have checked the earth

I had this problem, only worked well off the screen or when the screen was wet, was corrosion on my earth contact in the park switch (motor side, not plug side) used a bit od scotchpad to clean it and the problem went away.
