As title folks.
I started building the box tonight and found second gear was only half engaging so a bit of investigating shows the supplied selector fork hitting the case and stopping full engagement.
Has anyone encountered this?
Is it another case relieving exercise or have I done something wrong?
Case is a rod change 5626

Best bet is probably to ring MED for advice.
Only issue I had fitting the Swiftune dog gear set into the 22g1128 remote case was that the reverse gear idler was binding in the shift fork. Strangely it was only one leg of the shift fork that was tight in the idler slot. A quick tickle with a sanding disc on the offending fork leg rectified it.
