theres no easy answer you just need to check all the wiring
i would start from the gear shift and work your way back
i'm guessing if it's not blowing all the time it only when you select reverse
maybe try disconnecting the reversing lights at the gear stick and see if the fuse stops blowing

And if our assumptions are correct ? it means that the live feed to the reversing switch is good
Is the gearbox a ROD or a REMOTE change type ??
In either case put an Ohm meter (Multimeter reading resistance) across the disconnected feed to the switch and the body, if you get a reading then obviously the switch live is shorting out within the switch, this is not all that common but can still happen, more to the point in allows you to move forward with your diagnosis
Do the same for the reversing lamp live feed and body......
if neither are at fault then suspect wiring between the two
And if you have recently fitted a new exhaust then check the wiring is not on or near to the exhaust
