Going to fit a fuel pressure regulator soon to try and combat high fuel consumption/high fuel pressure (I think the Facet pump I bought is slightly too powerful). I'm not sure if the regulator should go close to the carbs or close to the tank/pump. If close to the carbs, before or after the filter? :D

Thanks!

Close to the carb and you need a 6" run of straight pipe uto it.

After the filter - there are Malpassi filter kings that do both jobs - used to be standard kit on Alfas, but they're probably even rarer in scrappers than Minis now.

I have seen the Filterking products but as I already had a filter I couldn't justify spending twice as much on a product that would do the same job.

So that's after the filter, with a 6" run of pipe into it. Any reason for this? What about after the regulator?
