When i try to loads pics now it says ive used all my attachment space up what is going on?

you have used all of your attachment space
delete some of your pictures (what makes reading old topics silly)
or start to use photobucket etc (it's free)

Like Bungle said, it's just you need to clear some of your old attachments before you can add new ones...that sounds really weird!
Go to 'My Controls' then in the left hand menu under 'Options' click on 'Manage Your Attachments' and just delete any you don't need anymore.
