Battery Kill Switch (fia Approved?)

Year:1964
I have a VERY tidy MK1 that is very standard and in first class order, but now have been accepted to race the Nordschleife next month
I have put in a FIA bolt in cage and 4 point harnesses and corbra seats, but where and how do I put a kill switch in? the battery is in the normal place, the boot floor. Would it make sense to put a kill switch in the boot lid? Or should I have it in the cab? Will the scrutineers want it external?
I would be grateful of any advice or hints, I also need to think about plumbed in fire, I don't want to drill holes in my very nice tidy car, but will if I have to.
Or should I buy a new boot lid and bonnet? then drill holes in them for the race?
Help Please!!!

common sence means that you need to get to the kill switch/fire system if the need arises so they both need to be in reach of you while in the drivers seat, also remote activation of these systems from outside the vehicle if you crash it and marshall runs over to you and needs to operate them.
most minis have pull cables that remote operate the kill switch/extinguisher mounted below the windscreen for this on high vis stickers so there its delay in finding them in a panic.

i have not heard of the racing that you are doing but most forms of motorsport have guidelines on how your car must be set up.

Thanks Sidney, it's the remote bit I'm struggling with, I've got glass windows (at the moment) and don't want to drill holes, maybe plastic windows would work, and change them back post event?

I have seen a Mini at Goodwood that had the remote battery or fire pull cord going through the blanking hole for the wipers. This may be an option instead of making holes.

Thanks Macca, I think the switch ought to be close to the battery, it's silly having a long run of wiring which could short in an accident thats not included in the isolation process. Also as the battery is close to the RH fuel tank, I'm thinking it should be right next to the battery.
So I'm considering a kill switch in the boot with remotes in the boot lid and internal in the cockpit area.
