One of the lads from work got mugged last night in the cab on the way back from leeds.
Taxi driver phoned his mate who jumped in the taxi as well, they then took him to a field off the A1 about 15 miles north of where he wanted to be, took about £120 in cash and his phone before assaulting him and then driving off. They did leave him with his credit cards though and his ID card.
He not even going to report it though.

He has to report it!!!!!!
Who knows what else these people are capable of, and the Police will treat this very seriously. Any info he has on the car and the people will help and it may of happened to others already.

He has to report it! Sounds like a fake taxi driver to me, and they need to be caught. It was bda enough what happened to your mate, but who knows whatcould happen if a lone woman get in the cab, or a vulernable older person...

Get him to report it.
hopefully he can remember some of the roads taken by the taxi and the police might be able to get CCTV footage.
