hello has any one got one of these on there mini? what do they sound like. will it give my mini better performance?

Not on its own.... No, it wont.

depending on the size of it and what the rest of the exhaust system is like it may benefit performance a little

try a RC40 classic back box, with the connecting pipe, fitted one to mine with connecting pipe and magic pipe to connect to standard manifold, a nice sporty note, but not overly loud, ( pops and farts just slighty with just this), but like the others said you need a stage 1 kit to get a power increase.

You'll notice more difference from giving the car a good service and a set-up....

I know a girl who had one on the back of a 1.1 mk2 fiesta. Sounded not unlike a Lancaster bomber. Horrendous sound really, we could hear her coming from about a mile away.

Would'nt reccomend one on a mini as they are really loud on one, i had one fitted to my 998 and had to remove it but im thinking off putting it back on and
haveing a silencer before it.
They do sound really nice on diesel cars and have a really nice tone and are not really loud.
