Go to 'My Controls' in the top left corner, then on the right hand side look for 'edit my signature', once clicked it will bring up a box, now if you haven't already,

go to a site like www.tinypic.com and upload the image, and then get the direct link for the image, then go back to the 'edit signature' page and click the 'insert image' button and paste that link.

your done.
