Hey all, am new here

My names Suzy and I'm 26 from Birmingham, my first car was a mini and I had 4 wonderful years with her doing the Lakes and the Dales etc, then circumstances changed and we parted ways (sob)

Theres always been a mini at home courtesy of my Dad (more about that) but me and my BF have just bought a 1989 Racing Flame as I've managed to convince him that mini's are the BEST. He's now smitten!!

I'm trying to find a new home for my Dad's mini as though it is structually and mechanically sound, the electrics have had some serious bodging done on them and as Dad works away so much it is being wasted!!

Thanks we've got big plans for him!! Its so nice that he's not a daily driver so we can spend time and money on him!! Are you in a club?? I did my mini-ing in Hull so not sure what the local midlands scene is like!!

And I am black country just it's easier to say brum!!

well there is BMC, black country mini fun club (if they are still going, not sure)

can't think of any other black country mini clubs local to brummyland

Halesowen Mini Club are my closest, our problem is I'm a nurse and he works on the Submarines so attendence may be sporadic!!

Would love to get involved and meeting people doing runs and stuff, have missed all of this!!
