Well i completely forgot that it was a bank holiday weekend.

I was planning to book the MOT on Monday leaving me over night for a re-test on Tuesday if needed, but iv been phoning round all day and no-one will do me an MOT on Monday so its booked for first thing (7:30am) on Tuesday.

So now iv just got to pray that everything iv done is up to the MOT mans standard, otherwise im in deep *melon*.

I wish it was just a case of checking what i have done, but iv still got to finish building the car before i can check its all ok haha.

Haha well im a bit gutted to be honest as it means i cant actually test the car to find any problems before i leave.

I'm sure you can find a public road around 10 miles + to test it on? You know the ones that have apexes on the corners?

Don't worry Tom, I've just got mine up and running again after a bit of time off the road. Quite a few new bits and my MOT is booked for 8.30am on tuesday! I'm sure yours will be fine, looks like you've done everything properly!

Well if it fails, ill just be mega gutted.

And i dont know if i would have enough time to sort out my green mini in time for the run, let alone sort money and bits for the trip out.

At the moment I have no car, not much money to sort one out, Im not sure if Im going to have a passenger or not, and all the tools I would normally take as spare are all in Germany anyway so I have nothing here to take with me.

Im not too worried at the moment though...

Anyway, regarding tools, there are plenty of us going that'll take tool kits with us. As long as you convoy with someone that's got a few spanners you'll be fine!

my mini is running fine again, and i had all my last minute welds done today!

Cheers everyone, i think everything is ready for the MOT now.

Iv also slapped some primer on it to make it look a bit more complete, i didnt prep it yet as i dont have the time to sort the paint out yet, but atleast it looks complete now.

God i hope it passes and i can find somewhere that will be able to set up all the suspension as at the moment its just been done with spirit levels and lasers in my workshop.
