i have got a 42 inch lg tv. the screen is broke. im sure i can fix this no troubles but i need a new screen.
i have no idea about tv's but it cant be that hard really.
anyone know of anywhere i can get a replacement screen?

It's cheaper to buy a new TV than to buy a screen cartridge usually.

cost of replacement screens used to be about the same as a new complete unit.

LG units usually have to go to approved LG repair centres, and LG limit the availability of spare parts.

you can get them - but its sometimes tricky depending on model.

try giving these guys a call - they use the same database od spares and parts as currys repair centres, and silverhills, but they claim to be specialised LG and are recommended on the AV forum

If its in warranty either phone up LG or go to wherever you got it from and see if they will give you a refund
