i have a gmc 167 master cylinder its the tall rounded one ,the lines come out with 90 degrees between them.it has the failure switch on side, i got a reair kit for it but havent a scooby how to change it over i got teh biotom spring set out but the top one is a mysterie???????please help

There is a pin that holds it there, might look like a raised hole, when you look at the top inlet from the reservoir. Managed to pull it out with some small pliers
