Their pretty easy to find really. I'v seen a set at most auto jumbles I'v been too. I have a couple of sets. They do look pretty dam cool.

Not happy was rubbing down and prepping the rear subby yesterday and its got a bad case of steel worms so now i need a new one!!!! grrrrrr

also had my first trip so a scrap yard and got 2 bonnet catches to put on the boot as added security only cost me a £1 each!!! i love scrappys

thats all ive done at the moment im a lazy git lol

im getting there slowly, started painting to front subby this eve and should be picking up a new rear subby from clubber lang at bingley at the weekend

then theres all the other lil bits that need refurbing and some fabrication stuff

Sounds good. I need to start painting my front and rear subframes on my red mini. I feel so bad its been a while since I'v done any proper work to it. What colour you gonna be painting the center of the wheels then? Keep it up. I like reading this thread. Gonna be a cool looking car once its done.

I'm not sure in the colour of the centres now, i was going with anthracite to match the roof but I'm now wondering with about a red to match some of the stuff under the bonnet or a blue to match the suspension components soo theyre my options, what do you think?

had a good day at bingley!!!

i got a new powdercoated rear subby, an inner wing 2 rear fog lights 2 reversing lights, a set of lowered gaz shocks front and back, internal bonnet catch realse and wire, a T-shirt from roofless, enough insulation for the whole car

im hopefully going to be finishing painting the front subby (well i say finishing painting, it will be its first coat but will give it a second coat as well when its dry) and prob start on the raidus arms as well

I took delivery of 7.5" brake kit with alloy 4pot callipers and vented disks, minitastic fast road suspension and hilos and an engine gasket set will try and get pics later
