As the title says, I have 7x13" wheels and i want proper moulded sportspack arches but they obviously need to cover the wheels to be legal, can you or can anyone help me on whether it fits or what arches i might need? Also to add if you need any information i have a 1993 rover mini rio. Thanks in advance George.

7 X 13 wheels fit under the sportspack arch, slight front wing modification might need to be carried out to allow full lock clearance.
group 6 arches with the lip look smart if done body colour and fitted correctly, and these are also slightly easier to fit as the fixings are visible.
see huddersfield minispares website.

hope this helps

Thanks, that what i thought, i thought they were for 6" width or less. what arches can anyone recomend then, at the moment i have these horrible arches that don't even have a recess for the fixings, i was just looking for something with a bit better quality.

Ive got 7x13 with sport pack arches and they fit fine. You have to cut the arch out though.

Yea the sportspack wheels are 13x6.
they dont stick out to the width of the arch- they are recessed in by an inch or so.
more noticeable on the rear with a narrower track.
the sportspack arches stick out 4 inches at the widest point, which fit over a 13x7 and are still legal.

Okay thanks for the help, I'm still deciding on whether to get new 10" wheels and go back to smaller arches or get new arches to go with my 13" wheels, for now i might just try and get some cheaper non genuine arches until i can make my mind up.

Forget about 13 x 7. Buy some 10" instead. They look and handle much better. I've got 13 x 7 under sports packs and my arches were cut so they would fit. I would love to go down to 10" but i'll have to reweld the arches etc...

I think i am going to stick with my 7x13" wheels but go for group 6 arches as they look a lot beter than the group 5 in my opinion and are a lot cheaper than sportspack arches, thats really nice cobra v8 i like it a lot.

Thanks George, I think the old look of the group 6s suits my car too.

The Huddersfield Group 6s were in good enough condition that they can go straight onto the car after a polish. Get the flexible chrome strip from them as well, it goes around the corners really well.

Ok thanks for the help, the chrome strip does look really nice and they seem to fit nicely with the sills, thats now on my endless list of things to do, but hopefully sort it out before chirstmas.
