Whats the cheapest paint i can use to paint the engine with? nice easy question i hope! thanks!

Whatevers in the shed already? I just used hammerite on mine its nice and black and silver now.

im doing my soon and imjust going to find some stuff titled, well engine pint :thumbsup: Hamerite i thought peeled due to the heat?!

i dont no of anything. Engine paint cant be that expensive surely? Plus ifyou want a good job doe best go with the proper stuff.

Make sure you get red though because it'll give it an extra 10 HP :thumbsup:.

mines going orange head and maybe a few lil bits and the rest black. Then my nice chrome rocker cover to finish it off :thumbsup:

ebay will be your best bet, search on there and youll probably find some cheap engine paint for a fiver

Whatever is in the shed is good.
Rattle cans make a good job and if you want to paint the exhaust manifold then use emulsion paint as it dosent burn off. :rolleyes:
