That sounds like a plan to me, Im only working up at Ealing Hospital on Monday and the job shouldn't take to long hopefully so shall I come down to yours after?

Progress..

Engine is now rebiult. New Timing gears fitted and timed up correctly.

Tappets adjusted. Here are some pictures.

Erm well its been bored out +20 so i think it's about 1018 now!
Kent 266 Cam.
Adjustable Cam Sprocket.
Evolution Flat Top Pistons
High Pressure Oil Pump

The manifold came with the weber when i ordered it off ebay so i am not entirely sure! I can try and fine out for you tho mate!

Nice should be bit quicker than your average 998 then and still nice and drivable, the reason i asked about the inlet mani was that it looks like the carb is quite high up and could give clearance issues? It may just be me though! :)

Yeah that's what we thought when we just bolted it on the engine..

We have already modified the bulkhead to allow it to fit.. we will have to wait and see if it fit's properly!

Not ram pipes on a road car, think of all the crap that could get sucked into the engine! Go for a K&N, the bigger the better ideally. :)

Im going to wait to pass judgement on mine once its been cured and I have it out in the daylight. lol. Not that I don't think it will look good ;-)

Currently trying to work out a way to paint my alternator.......................... :thumbsup: ......................without taking it apart!
