
Best Hif44 Needle For Stage 1

i have just put a HIF44 carb on my 1275gt engined mini .. with a LCB single box 1.75 exhaust .. standard head ..
what needle do you guy say would suit this carb ..
i downloaded Winsu .. and no real joy it said a needle that no one seems to stock ... aaaagggggghhhhhhhhh
not run it yet as i have blown out the carb and waiting for a fiotting kit for the exhaust to arrive ..
the needle in the carb is a BDL ..
Any ideas .. and what needles are you guys running

I've gpt a BDL needle in mine, 1275, standard head, HIF44 with a K&N element filter, LCB with a twin box 1.75" maniflow exhaust.

It's not been on the rollers yet. Hoping to get it to Gerald Dale or ML Motorsport for that.

the reason i ask about the needle .. is that it runs great but as you throttle hard it .. theres a flat spot .. more throttle and you can drive through it ... when she picks up . pulls lovely .. just the flat spot issue ... its a second hand carb .. might need a blow out with a air hose ..
